Payment is made in connection with the activity.

If you wish to pay by invoice, you must bring your organization number, invoicing address, and identification to your visit. Payment terms are 15 days unless otherwise agreed. A billing fee of 50 SEK per invoice applies.

Booked times will be released after 15 minutes if we have not been informed of a delay.

For bookings outside our regular opening hours, we reserve the right to charge for additional staff costs in case of cancellation.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. The activity starts at the booked time.

To speed up the start of your activity, we recommend forming teams of 3-4 people and deciding on team names in advance.

Groups up to 15 people – Changes in the number of participants can be made up to 24 hours before the activity. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the activity.

Groups over 15 people, package bookings, and Laser Game private sessions – Changes in the number of participants must be made no later than one week before your scheduled visit. Cancellations must be made no later than one week before your scheduled visit. If a cancellation is made later than this, 50% of the booking value will be charged.
